Welcome to the Peninsula Vortex Homepage!
The Peninsula Vortex is a competitive soccer team for boys born after July 31, 2001. Our team, coached by Derek Lawless, seeks to build strong, competitive players in a healthy, fun, and supportive environment.
Our team is affiliated with the Peninsula Youth Soccer Club. In this Fall 2012 season, we are playing in the US Club NorCal Premier U11B Silver bracket, and the CYSA CCSL U11B Copper bracket.
We have had an amazing season! Our Blue team boys are the 2012 Mission Valley United Kick-or-Treat Tournament Champions. Our White team boys are the 2012 District 2 Fall Cup Champions. We're looking forward to continuing our winning streak this winter in Futsal, and in the Spring when we resume league play.
